Maximum Effort Fitness & Performance Training LLC is an independent training company owned and run by Jermaine Solomon.

Maximum Effort utilizes cardiovascular, ballistic,  plyometric, and other forms of  exercise   to give clients a dynamic workout every single session.  At Maximum Effort the goal is to increase flexibility, strength, cardiovascular shape, as well as body composition. No matter what your fitness goals are, Maximum Effort will help you achieve them.

Jermaine, the lead trainer,  is a Certified Personal Trainer from Tallahassee, FL with years of experience training adults, youth, and athletes of all ages.  He received his Bachelors of Science in Health Science from Florida A & M University in Tallahassee and later received his Masters of Science in Health Science from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, FL. 

Exercise has been a staple of his life since his days as a teenager, and his desire to train others has only increased over the years. Jermaine genuinely loves to help others achieve their goals and will do all he can to assist. 

In addition to Maximum Effort, Jermaine is also one of two trainers for Del Webb Retirement community in Nocatee, FL as well as an on-site trainer for the Palencia community in St. Augustine, FL.
